# DAO Investment Strategy

Meta Realty DAO will be focused on the acquisition of Digitals Land and Properties in various Metaverses, predominantly on - but not limited to - the Cardano Blockchain.

The goal is simple: Get in early and HODL. 

We're not looking to day trade digital lands, nor are we aiming for a 10-30% profit margin on a flip. Our goal is to hold these properties for 12 months or longer, with our goals set on an ROI of 10x - 100x or more on a property. 

### Long Term Land and Property Holdings

The initial plan is to utilize at least 50% of the Treasury Fund on digital assets that **will be held for a minimum of 12 months.**

Community votes to buy 9 Meta Plots (500 each) Total of 4,500 ADA Then a poll wins to sell those 9 Meta plots (1000) Total of 9,000/ 4,500 would be profit The original 4,500 investment plus 35% depending on profit margin will go back to the treasury for the next poll. The rest of the profit will be added to a fund to be distributed between holders at the end of the month. 5% will be added to the Reservoir Fund in the event we lose capital, The Reservoir Fund will cover our initial investment cost acting as a hedge for our assets
