Voting Rules If there is a proposal to sell a piece of land. And the DAO proposal wins in favor (60%Y/ 40%N) that proposal now is in effect. In the event of a stalemate, a week for mediation will commence. After 7 days we will hold a re-vote on the proposal. If re-vote after mediation results in another stalemate vote, the proposal will be re-written taking into account the people's worries and wants.
